Job Description
As an intern in the Marketing Department of FrieslandCampina, you will have the opportunity to participate in and support various tasks of the marketing team, and contribute to the company's marketing strategy and promotional activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain comprehensive marketing experience.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the development of marketing campaigns and support the execution of promotional activities across different channels. This includes but is not limited to online and offline events, social media promotions, market research, etc.
- Participate in market competition analysis: Research and analyze industry trends, competitors' strategies, and market share, and provide reports and recommendations on market dynamics.
- Assist in brand promotion activities: Support the planning, organization, and execution of brand promotion activities, including exhibitions, product launches, media collaborations, etc.
- Data analysis and reporting: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing market data, write reports, and provide data-driven marketing recommendations.
- Marketing support: Provide various support needed by the marketing department, including coordinating internal and external resources, following up on market activities, maintaining market information, etc.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and other relevant teams to jointly achieve marketing objectives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate students, majoring in any field, with preference given to those in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
- Strong interest in marketing and brand promotion, with innovative thinking and good market sensitivity.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate effectively with different departments and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to handle and interpret market data.
- Proficient in office software, including but not limited to the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Prior internship experience is preferred.
