Job Description
- Assist the director in collecting industry and client-related information and organizing and analyzing it.
- Participate in feasibility workshops, project proposal discussions, evaluations, execution, and audits.
- Responsible for statistical analysis and comparison of key business data, as well as writing consulting service documents.
- Participate in pre-project interviews, diagnostic assessments, solution development, and implementation for management consulting projects.
- Assist the director in compiling management consulting program summaries.
Requirements
- Senior year students with the intention of pursuing further studies, or first-year graduate students preferred. Work experience in management or consulting is a plus (fresh graduates are also welcome), and referrals can lower the requirements.
- Clear logical thinking, analytical and judgment skills, and strong writing abilities.
- Strong language organization and expression skills, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
- Adaptability to travel and work at client locations, which will be determined by project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Proficiency in computer operation, familiarity with office software such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and priority consideration for those who can use mind mapping software.
