Job Description

  1. Deployment Management: Develop internal deployment plans, attract and source talent in the internal talent market, ensure the successful implementation of internal deployment plans.
  2. Leased Personnel Management: Develop policies related to leased personnel, recruit leased personnel, manage leased personnel onshore, ensure effective formulation and implementation of leased personnel management policies.
  3. New Employee Management: Assist HRD in developing mechanisms for the training and management of new employees, manage the quality and satisfaction of new employee training, ensure the quality and satisfaction of new employee training.
  4. Organizational Management: Responsible for resource allocation planning for the representative office, streamline job positions, prepare the representative office WFP, track the execution of manpower budgets, effectively control compensation packages, ensure the execution of manpower resource budgets as planned.
  5. Talent Management and Operations: Responsible for learning and development, individual performance, qualification for appointment, personnel appointment, personnel position management, talent development, talent pipeline construction, etc., to enhance the professionalism and pipeline of the representative office's talent.
  6. Employee Relations and Organizational Atmosphere Building: Execute all employee entry and exit management, attendance management, employee certification, etc., in accordance with company requirements, responsible for the management of representative office work experience, employee personal emergencies, honor incentives, team building, etc., to establish a good employee relations and organizational atmosphere.
  7. Responsible for compliance management in terms of employment and employee behavior in the representative office (employee behavior, BCG, information security, privacy protection, etc.).

Requirements

  1. Skill Requirements: Strong writing and communication skills; ability to plan and implement; data analysis and judgment skills.
  2. Knowledge Requirements: Proficient in human resources management, familiar with organizational behavior, psychology, sociology, and other related human resources knowledge, familiar with local labor laws and regulations.
